i use this - 2 capsules 20-30 min before breakfast in a little pumpkin. Demi cleared up quick so do not give it to her but have been using for dee dee for a couple years as she has alot of allergy issues and keeps bad bacteria down in her body. If she gets a bout of diarrhea i double it up 2 in am and 2 in pm and clears immediately
