i don't trust doctors with bad reviews as usually the bad reviews reflect a truth and i dont want to put my little ava in their hands.

yeah but i did not see that it was the doc you were going to see? Each vet is different so if the review is not about that vet you should keep an open mind
If the review is about that vet then definitely would not go to this one.
