Default High ALP (alkaline phosphatase)

Ok so Barney got over pancreatitis recently. His ALP was in the 200s and now went up to 300s. The vet does not suspect Cushings with these numbers but why the elevation? She is thinking it may be part of things being wacky after pancreatitis but did not sound so convinced. Since he is acting normally, we are just repeating bloods in a couple of months.

Anyone have any ideas? Should I take him to the internist for this? I'm worried about my Barney Boo.
