Admin, I'd also like to add that this is one of the ways some breeders manipulate the USDA, and in the video made by CAPPS, you will see a USDA breeder giving another pretend breeder advice. He says that if the USDA suggests any improvements that they should just tell the USDA that they'll have a "dispersal shooting", and the USDA inspector will back off.
View Investigation Report The breeder adds, and "the USDA inspector knows I'll do it." My point is that this is a manipulative technique used by certain breeders and it should be forbidden here.
