We have given our dogs greenies for two years....we haven't found another treat that they like more...I have read caution threads on them before but continued to buy them because they just love them so much. After reading this thread and seeing the graphic pictures..I forwarded them to my husband and we discussed it and decided to stop giving them. Especially Bentley...he has thrown up before because he eats them so fast and it's litterally big hunks of undigested greenies...I can see how if the chunk was big enough it could cause blockage and problems. His digestive system anyway is more sensitive than the other three we have but we decided to just cut them out all together. IMO, it's just not worth the risk....especially for a big gulper like Bentley. |
