My Patrick is 14 months old now and he has the thinnest fur that I have ever seen on a dog. The fur on his hind legs was a fluffy, cream color, which was wispy, but now his fur is dark tan and short. It reminds me of a beagle
The fur on his back is turning from black to silver, but it doesn't seem to get any longer. It is silky and shiny but thin and fragile like a spider's web. I was feeding him Royal Canin for yorkshire terriers, but I have started weening him off that and onto Solid Gold, on the advice of a friend, hoping that it may be his diet that is contributing to the lack of yorkie fur.
Anyone else having this problem?
