they actuall do a cysto where they use ultrasound or should and put a needle into the bladder to collect the sample. I am not a fan of that. I flip over wee wee pad first thing in am as that is best to collect as sitting in bladder all night then i get sterile syringe and bottle from vet or pharmacy like cvs just ask pharmacist and they pee on wee wee pad and i syringe it up put in bottle and put in fridge until i get to the vet to maintain the sample - fecal same thing you put in fridge until you go to vet if you get before office opens
