You're right!

I'm sure it will be abundantly clear to the HS that you more than provide for your dogs. No worries. It amazes me that they'd check out every single complaint! I've never had to call them but it's good to know. Unfortunately Child Protective Services doesn't even respond that well (through no fault of their own- just not enough man-power!)
