I'm still of the opinion if someone sells a breeding dog on open registration to anyone without knowing that person on a personal level. One needs to run in the opposite direction.....breeders selling dogs that way are just out to make money and have no concern for their dogs.

I agree! I told her this. I told her too that she needs to learn first what makes a good quality yorkie and get a mentor. Reason I gave her a good reputable person real close to where she lives that can teach her. She would have to patient and learn and watch.
