My females get spayed at 5 and i never saw discharge like you are describing .

I agree i think you maybe worring it maybe pyometra also.
Try not to worry hun and maybe get her to your vet as soon as you can for a check over he may suggest spaying her if you do not want to breed from her as this will rule out pyo and cancer if she was done.
