Keoki does the same thing but no as much anymore. Pineapple definitely helps- Keoki is on a raw diet- the vet told me it is an instinct to save themselves from prey- I found walking him outside where he can potty and walk away from it fast helps and if he goes on the wee wee pad inside i praise him and give him a treat and he wants that instead of his poop. It's usually only when he hides and goes potty that he still eats it
