One bowel movement with a small amount of red (not black) blood and no other symptoms does not mean a trip to the vet is needed immediately. I would also wait to see the next one. Always make sure gums are pink though...
There are reports of bones causing this. Generally it is probably the bones that people give that are on the "no" list (like recreational bones for larger dogs or whatever), but really anything sharp going in could cause a problem. I have even heard of dogs needing enemas and being in pain because of bone consumption.
