Just a quick update re: groomer
He called Chloe's mom tonight, and now it's Chloe's fault, Chloe got too close to the dryer...and mom needs to cap the $ he pays her and put it in writing. 1st it couldn't have happened at his facility (altho he did disconnect the wire to heating element), 2nd, it has to be a chemical burn (mom did it), 3rd, Chloe got too close to dryer.

This is absolutely ludicrous. This man obviously has absolutely no scruples at all. Yes, let's blame the dog, anything but the person who is in charge. Any Judge will take one look at the pictures and the vet's report and make this groomer pay the whole tab. What ever you do, do not agree to the cap! The costs are what they are and the groomer gets to pay the whole bill.

Pat, thanks for the update. I am so glad that Chloe has a wonderful and dedicated vet. It is a true answer to Yorkie Prayer that she is healing so well. We continue to send Healing Yorkie Prayers for Chloe's continued healing and return to health.
