I agree i felt sorry for him as you stated he cried as accidents can happen BUT NOW IS WHERE CHARACTER COMES IN - NO CHARACTER THAT IS. Throw the book at him. Better Business Bureau, small claims court filing, and attorney General and warn other pet owners - post a pic of your dog in petsmart, petco, you name it. He can Go Groom his own dogs at his house when i was done with him if this was my dog. I would make sure no other dog EVER was hurt by him again.
