Natural Balance Ultra Premium is sold at PetCo and it is definately better than RC.
Also, Chicken Meal and Lamb Meal are fine ingredients. That just means it's been ground up, but still started out as good quality Chicken or Lamb. By-products, corn and preservatives are the most important to avoid (like what's in Bil-Jac).
Loki was fed Natural Balance for a long time until I found Canidae, which I am really happy with. He seems to like it too!
