yeah some are pretty bad but i have to say the guy by me at banfield is suppose to be amazing i here nothing but great things about this guy and a tech from my vets office works for him now and said he is AWESOME so i think it really depends on who you are getting like any vet sadly as there are some not so good non-banfield ones out there too
I would call around pet stores, ask everyone you see with a dog who their vet is and check around and you can google rate your vet and see if there is one rated in your area.
