I hate to be the bearer or possible bearer of bad news but if this is new insurance that you are getting, make sure there is not a missing tooth clause or you will be out the entire price for an implant. Also, you need to make sure that the Implant is covered on a molar tooth, most employers consider that cosmetic.


And some cover the attachment to the implant but not the implant itself or vice versa
