I am so glad you got that poor little guy out of what sounds like a horrible situation. I just had my Chloe at the vet today and she is having some dandruff issues. He game me a shampoo and conditioner that he said should take care of it. Maybe you could ask your vet. I also have her on Taste of the Wild with Salmon so I am hoping the fish oil will help also.
