The same thing happened with Missy! I took her to the vet right away. She had a bacterial infection
The vet was most worried about her becoming dehydrated. Please take her to the Vet as soon as you can. They gave her an antibiotic and had to do the deworming regiment again, just in case.
I hope it's nothing serious but take them in just in case.
