I wanted to get Derby the chip while he was neutered but my husband said it was unnecessary
So he's neutered now, and I guess we'll see what happens in the future!
We do live in an apartment so i think he feels Derby is pretty safe, and any other time we go out he is in the backpack, on a leash, or in an inclosed dog park.
