I pray this dog will be okay and her babies. I would really get at my friend for $$ after she is back from her vacation. She is responsible!
Here's my opinion. She left two intact dogs with her friend to watch. One or the other should have been spayed or nuetered way before leaving them. The responsibility lays on the owners shoulders. Not the pet sitter. That's the bottom line. Responsible Pet Ownership is the phrase here.
