Yes, I had to take Hedley to make sure I got a collar to fit him as he was tiny when we first got him. I ended up with a kitten harness! We still use this in the car with a seat belt clip. Unfortunately its pink and it prompts a few remarks! I dont see why boys cant have pink! |
