I am looking for a female young Morkie (4 months or less) located in Northern California. No tea cups, I'd like one that is going to be atleast 7 pounds when full grown.

I do want puppy mills, I want to get her from a breeder that loves and cares for their dogs or a rescue. I am also not looking to pay 1,000's of dollars, I would like to either rescue or pay a minimal (100's) fee for her.
