they are not allowed to use it!!! We just booked a flight with AirTran, flying with our little ones and my husband offered to buy an extra seat for them, but the reservation person said it wouldn't matter because they still have to be under the seat.
If all pet lovers made a big enough fuss over the treatment of our little ones by the airlines, I wonder if something would change
