I am very glad that your little one is doing better. I am sure he's a bit shy about eating and and may be afraid that it will hurt again. You are right in being cautious in getting him back onto solids.
It is obvious you love your little baby. Although we do not personally know you or your dog, we have compassion and empathy. You asked for help and we gave it. whether or not it was what you expected or wanted to hear we thought of you, your dog and mostly his well being. In life sometimes we must make difficult decisions. I hope that you felt the support that was given to you by everyone that responded to this thread.
Please keep us updated on he does. BTW, what is his name? Would love to see pictures and welcome to YT. Hope you stick around as there is much to learn about these little guys.
