I mentioned it to the vet and his reply was some dogs are born that way. Wish I could take him to another one but we live in rural community and the nearest vet is 20 miles and the next is over 60 mi. He is healthy in every other way and my other two yorkies have the same diet. We use Chris Christensen shampoo for their hair.
