Science Diet has way more billers and grains than Blue Buffalo does. However, if she was treated for Giardia a month ago and she is still have issues, even with a negative stool sample, it may well still be the Giardia in her system. Giardia is very hard on the intestines and many times will create scarring. It is almost impossible to completely get rid of and once they've had it, they are much more susceptible to it returning, especially with stress.
I would start her on a quality probiotic supplement to help her tummy get healthy (yogurt isn't enough).
