The guy sued the doctor for medical malpractice. He won the medical malpractice suit, because he was taken out of his body cast too early. Yikes! The poor guy did not get the chance to heal after his injury, which made his injury worse than before. With the money he won from the case, he brought himself an electric-powered wheelchairs to help him remain mobile while he healed from his injuries.
