OOOOOh if she's that bad I would do the rinse at least 2x a day for a few days until it starts to look better and apply the tea bag directly on the really bad areas 2 or 3 times a day. When you steep the tea for the rinse , use the bags from that for applying. Don't reuse the bags you have layed on the dog. But if you don't use all the bags you steeped for applying you can save and reuse those for applying. Just make sure you wet them with warm water.
