Just wanted to let you know I've had the same experience as everyone else. Stella was spayed with a laser almost two weeks ago. After a day she was anxious to be playing again, and I was surprised at how quickly she seemed to be healing. That was until five days after she got spayed when she ripped out her three stitches (through a onesie and a t-shirt...little stinker!). I was terrified when my fiancee told me that she had ripped them out, but I felt so much better when I looked at her incision and saw that it was already completely healed! It looks to me like she's going to have very little/if any scar. Also, when I brought her home, there was very little swelling or redness at the incision area. So overall, I'd definitely say it was worth it! |
