Not, a litter of mixed puppies would not be able to be "registered" with any KC. Being "registered" means that the dog is a purebred, recognized breed. Mixed dogs are not recognized breeds. You could go to one of various registries and get a certificate that basically states the dog is the offspring of two registered, purebred dogs, but the dogs themselves would still be mixes, not recognized, registerable breeds.
