Jack and I had an incredibly close bond right from the start. I'd always imagined we would see his brother McKennitt onto "that " part of the journey and then go on together. Best laid plans get changed in everyday life......Having to let Jack go and then subsequently watching his brother fade away was very difficult.
Sometimes, just looking up at that glowing sky and talking to them, is a comfort.
