Welcome to YT!! Our Toto was 16 wks. when we brought her home and the breeder said they had just popped up! She also said to keep the upper 1/3 trimmed and they would stay up and they have! Up ... down ... doesn't matter to us .... they are all precious!! Looking forward to seeing pics and hearing all about your little one! Hope you like it here!
