if the dog gets red spots or red all over after bath that means they are having an allergic reaction in the shampoo

denzel did't get a reaction to the shampoo. To be honest he has seem to gotten better i havent seen him scratch and his tummy is clearing up. I only washed him once and the instructions the vet gave me was to wash him once a week for two weeks. He has a follow up next week.
