 Length of mood changes with heat cycle ???'s
Gracie went into heat around June 1st and is still not back to her usual self. This is her third heat cycle and it's her normal behavior except for how long she has been moody. I'm concerned because I want to have her spayed. If this could heat related, no problem, but if her behavior is not normal then I would certainly want to have some testing done to determine what is going on with her. She has a vet appointment coming up soon but I'm not sure if her lethargy, sleepiness and not being her usual playful self is hormonal or if there may be other issues going on that I should be checking into. She will be 2 year old in September. I would appreciate any advice about how long the hormonal issues last for yorkies. |
