I agree.. I have driven to Florida with a pregnant yorkie.. not on her last few days by anymeans.. but if you always take her needs into this she should be just fine..
I think stress of leaving her with some one else could be harder on her then driving with you.. that is if she is use to going in the car anyway and does not stress over it.. I would take her..
