I have heard of the crating idea before but the problem is that he begins to desperately scratch the door and when I arrive home the floor is filled with blood and he has open wounds on his paws.
And I read that if I put him in a crate with him doing that kind of scratching, he could really hurt himself.
I have an appointment with the vet this week to see what he says, but its worrying me a lot.

Goodluck!! And please let me know how it goes...I've been leaving daisy home alone during the day for a little over a month now and she barks like crazy...I leave her in my room so she wont go to the apt door and bark loudly...I dont want us to be homeless
. Even when I leave her with my parents she cries...I think she suffers from anxiety...not sure if its because she's a puppy, or if she really has a problem...Please let me know whats recommended to you!
