My line has that trait....from black, to platinum to gold.....usually about 2 years of age.
The color on his body is a beautiful "light" shade of (and this is in the eyes of the beholder) blue. He does have beautiful shine to his coat that reflects light, so he's pure silk. |

He is almost 3, so I think he's pretty set in his ways, coloring-wise. I got all excited a few months ago because his chest went bronze, but then he decided to go back to apricot. His coat is incredibly shiny and pretty much never matts.
