Excellent suggestion, Judy. I sincerely hope that Admin implements stricter rules with more severe consequences. Once a person has decided that they need to rehome, chances are, everyone concerned would be better if the rehoming takes place.
A rescue/rehome request is not the place for lectures or education, chances are the OP is heartbroken and needs support.
