Right now she is just sleeping next to me and I'm restricting her activity for the night. I did ask my vet if I should take her to the ER. He told me that as long as she is not avoiding walking at all (which she is not, but her leg just doesn't look right) or is whimpering or if the area is twitching or throbbing it should be fine to wait the night. I find him to be honest and upfront and genuinely cares about animals unlike some of our previous Vets. He works at the ER a few days a week so I know it's not about the $$. After I cried for a bout 15 minutes I gained my composure and realized I would do the same for myself for the same reasons so I'm going to wait it out. If anything changes, I'll take her to the ER. Thanks for caring and I'll update you on her when I know more!
