I stood in the middle of a large Sears store once and scream, "My two year old is lost in this store and the store won't help me find him!" I warned them first, but they weren't doing anything. Customers were guarding entrances and searching fitting rooms for me, but the store wasn't doing a thing. Within 60 seconds of my scream, he was found. Security people came out of the woodwork. And I used to write my name and social security number on my baby when the weather was really bad. When I was a teenager my high school blew away in a tornado and there was a family nearby whose baby was separated from them for hours because the people who found the unharmed baby didn't know whose he was. I guess I'm just A LITTLE bit over protective.
