Don't waste your money on an ultrasound. They are only about 80% reliable. The next step is a Protein C test. That will tell you if Sweet Pea has a shunt or MVD which can be managed with diet and supplements:

Did you get a one year health guarantee for congenital conditions? This is something Sweet Pea was born with and if you got her from a reputable breeder, she should help you with the vet bills.
