Our trainer said teach them the command enough. You can do this by getting a handful of cheerios and throwing them on the ground saying enough. The trainer said it's very important to practice this for hundreds of times and get them to really learn the command before trying to use it as they're barking or they'll start ignoring you when you say enough. Once they know the command real well and the dog hears the command enough while opening your hands like you are throwing treats they'll be busy looking for the treats rather than barking. I hope that makes sense. I haven't tried this so i don't know how well it works.

For Rosie I just tell her to sit then tell her hush and she gets quiet. You just need to find the thing that gets their attention off of whatever they are barking at.
