I'm not sure why you weren't happy? The distributor made the clothing she sold and even though they refused to refund her she still said she'd exchange the clothing for the same when they came in. Yes, she did say that she'd prefer not to do business with you again because of so many exchanges or issues you've had with her merchandise, but apparantly she had taken care of the issues that arose right?
