Orlando is a huge area (not the city itself) but the Orlando area. I'm not sure what part you are in, and that makes a large difference. If you live in my area which is the far west side (clermont area) I would suggest AGAINST Royal Oaks. We recently left them. I don't really have any specific vet to suggest though.
