If shes playing well and eating well I don't think there is a reason to worry so much. Just make sure you give her nutra-cal on a daily basis and leave food and water out for her all day. She'll come around
I worried a lot about my girl when I first got her...she weigh 1lb 2oz when I took her to her very first vet visit at 9 weeks... I took her back for a follow up when she was 12 going on 13 weeks and she STILL weigh the same. The Vet told me it could be parasites that was causing her to not gain weight, sure enough she turned out positive for parasites.
She's on medication so everything should be taken care of now. She's going to be 15 weeks on Sunday.
I'm taking her in tomorrow so we'll see how much she has gained.
