Thanks for all the input, I had no idea how many other people encountered the same problem.
I have decided to take another approach, Drs. Foster & Smith will call your vet and get the prescription directly. I am going to explain to Drs. F&S from the get go that my vet may not cooperate. Hey it's worth a try. Let you know the out come.
