IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!! I was placing an order..watching very closely in case a charge popped up..and there it was, a S&H charge for $11.99
I was using Paypal, then it went to a screen that asked for my phone number, and when I was to complete the order, it had the charge added to it in small print. I HATE sneaky sites!!!
