Hi everyone....
I need some help or guidance and information if you know or can advise.
I have a cousin who is in her later 30s - She has been living in London, probably for the last 15 years (although she was born and raised in Poland). She has MS and is in a bad state right now with her MS. She has been living with and being support by a man and they have a child together who has got be to about 9 ys old now. This guy has officaly left her, he moved out and wants to be done, he will see his son a couple of days a week.
Here is what I need to know:
1. Is there such thing as Common Law Marriage in London England?
2. Can anyone recommend as REALLY good 'divorce or marriage type' lawyer - there is a
HUGE amount of $ that SHE should be entitled too.
Any info would be greatly appreciated
