as the saying goes..... u can choose ure friends.. but u cant choose youre family...or in the case of that helpless little puppy...u cant choose your owner..wot if it was a small child caught up in that domestic argument? would u think along the same lines? regardless who;s dog it was, his. or hers. it was deffenceless. if it was his dog he should have been protecting the poor little mite..
